Selethium is a people-first, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) delivering high-quality, mission-aligned command and control solutions to government and defense customers.

Mission

Experience

Selethium is a newly established company built on its founder’s 26 years of command and control experience — eight years of U.S. Army service as a Communications Specialist, followed by eighteen years supporting Marine Corps command and control as a C2 systems fire support analyst, C2 systems analyst, and MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) C2 integrator and analyst.

Joshua Dickey

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Effective command and control is fundamentally about enabling better decisions. Technology alone does not create decision advantage — it comes from integrating people, processes, information, and systems.

Joshua Dickey is a senior command and control professional, military educator, and systems integrator with 26 years of experience improving the effectiveness of Marine Corps and Joint headquarters. He served eight years in the U.S. Army as a Communications Specialist, then spent eighteen years supporting Marine Corps command and control — as a C2 systems fire support analyst, C2 systems analyst, and C2 integrator and analyst on the MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT).

As MOCTT team lead, he planned and executed training and assessments for Marine Corps operational headquarters across multiple Marine Expeditionary Forces — leading multidisciplinary instructor teams, observing major exercises including Warfighter and MOCEX events, and authoring enterprise-level trends reports delivered to senior Marine Corps leadership.

He served as principal architect of a comprehensive C2 Integrator Course — program of instruction, student and instructor guides, practical exercises, and assessment methodology — and has developed executive education on Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), operational architecture, and information and knowledge management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
